If you've just moved to Transcona and want to register your child for hockey, you'll need to provide proof of residency in the area.
Please fill in the Change of Permanent Residence form: https://cdn.hockeywinnipeg.ca/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/HWChangeofResidence2023.pdf
You will also need to provide a utility bill (like Hydro), bank statement (please black out any $$) or rental agreement/purchase agreement. Please note that Hockey Winnipeg will not accept a cell phone bill. Make sure that the date is clearly visible.
You can return both documents to tmhahockeyregistrar@gmail.com. The Registrar will submit them to Hockey Winnipeg for a transfer and will advise you when you can register.
Please note that if you have moved OUT of Transcona and want to register your child with your new home association, you will need to complete the same process but you will submit your documents to your new association's Registrar. Transfers are handled by the INCOMING association, not the outgoing one.
If you're considering enrolling your child in hockey for the first time, know that the RESPECT-IN-SPORT PARENT PROGRAM is a mandatory requirement for all hockey families.
At least one parent or guardian needs to complete this on-line course before they'll be allowed on the ice. Get a jumpstart on the season and complete yours today!
There is a $12.00 fee for this mandatory program.
